What we Offer
Associates Academy of Real Estate offers a complete line of courses in a wide variety of delivery formats, including On-line [via Internet], on CD, and in-class.
We are available to our students from 8:30AM until 11:00PM (Eastern Time) 7 days a week, including holidays.   Most everyone taking our On-line courses passes not only the Final Exam (we give this) but, more importantly, the State Real Estate Examination as well.   All this with very competitive pricing.   We offer each student flexible, caring, personal service.  We provide state-approved courses for Salesperson's Prelicense, Postlicense, Broker's Prelicense, and Continuing Education.

Long History of Teaching Others
We have offered user-friendly computerized courses developed by professional educators at CompuTaught since they were first approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission in 1989.  These interactive learning programs allow fast learners to proceed quickly, but coach those who need more time and help in some areas.  Students taking courses over the Internet have extended access to the course material.   This is also true for those who prefer to work Off-line using a CD containing a course.  For those who prefer a classroom learning environment, we also offer our courses through our ERA Real Estate Institute.  The classes are held at a classroom at the Galleria in North Atlanta.

Your Options for Learning the Course Material
In a hurry?  Our real estate courses on CD let you start in 1 to 3 days and proceed at your own speed.  Want to move even faster?  For those with easy Internet access, the same material is offered as On-line courses you can start today.  This is our most popular option.  Are you more comfortable in a classroom environment?  Call us to select and schedule a class you wish to take through our ERA Real Estate Institute.

Course Final Exams - prelicense and postlicense
Final Exams for the computer-based (CD / On-line) prelicense and postlicense courses are individually scheduled at our school office in Norcross.  The exams
are graded as soon as possible (usually within 30 minutes) upon completion.   If your score for the test is a 75 (that is, 75% correct) or better, you are then
registered with the state licensing agency.  This enables you to schedule a time for the State License Exam in the case of the prelicense course.

For a postlicense exam, completing the course and receiving a passing grade (at least 75% correct) is recorded on the Georgia Real Estate Commission website
by us.  You can also take our Final Exam in Savannah, GA or at other locations if you make arrangements with a local Real Estate Broker.

For computer-based courses (CD / On-line), if you should fail the Final Exam the first time, you may take it again after you have prepared yourself once more for
the exam.  If you happen to fail it twice, you must retake the entire course at a cost of $50.00.

For prelicense in-class courses, Final Exams are given and graded in the classroom where the course is presented.  If you happen to fail the test, you must repeat the entire course and pay full price again.  This is because instructors must be paid to present the courses.  If you pass the in-class course, we register you with the state licensing agency.  In-class postlicense Final Exams work the same as the prelicense courses.  We take care of notifying the state if you pass the test.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about these courses or the exams.  Call 770-449-4100 or send us an email.
